Instructions for Products

Downloadable Files (if applicable)
If you purchased a product with downloads, click on each link in the “Download” column on the right below to download your files. Once the download is completely finished, find the downloaded .ZIP file on your computer and double-click it to see your purchased files. Please note that MP3 files cannot be directly downloaded to mobile devices. They must be downloaded to a computer first and then transferred to a mobile device following the manufacturer’s directions for your device.
Streaming Video (if applicable)
If you purchased a product with streaming video, scroll down to Streaming Video at the bottom of this page and click the link found there. Enter the provided password on the video album to get access. Streaming videos can be watched on mobile devices with good internet connections (we recommend connecting to WiFi first).
eBook Downloads (if applicable)
If you purchased a product with a downloadable eBook, scroll down to the “Download” column on the right below and click the button to download your files. Once the download is completely finished, find the downloaded .ZIP file on your device and open it to see your purchased files. The PDF file is for reading on a computer, and the ePub file is for e-reading devices and apps.
